Key Responsibilities:
Deliver world-class service to clients, reflecting the brand's heritage and excellence. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with local and international VIP clients. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals. Provide personalized styling advice and in-depth product knowledge. Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards. Engage in CRM activities to retain and grow your client base. Collaborate closely with team members and management to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality. Fluent in
English
,Russian, Arabic, French, Spanish, or Italian
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Impeccable grooming and professional presentation. A deep appreciation for fashion, craftsmanship, and luxury. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periodsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
