Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, providing
product knowledge and recommendations
.
Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and
upselling / cross-selling
products.
Achieve and exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
Maintain store display, merchandising, and ensure products are well-stocked.
Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Support in
inventory management
and participate in stock counts.
Ensure a clean, welcoming, and professional store environment.
Prepare daily sales reports and share feedback with the manager.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of retail sales experience
(FMCG, fashion, telecom, or luxury retail).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Multilingual skills (Arabic, English, Hindi/Urdu) are a plus.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
