Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented

Corporate Sales Executive - Hotel (Russian Speaker)

to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role focuses on driving corporate sales, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue targets, ensuring the hotel remains a preferred choice in the corporate segment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. Identify new business opportunities and convert them into revenue streams. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Conduct client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections. Support the Sales Manager in preparing strategies, proposals, and sales action plans. Collaborate with the operations and reservations teams for seamless guest experiences. Maintain accurate records, sales reports, and client databases. Represent the hotel at corporate events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. 2-4 years' hospitality sales experience (UAE market preferred). Strong understanding of the Dubai corporate travel and business market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM/sales systems. Energetic, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
