Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Realty Consultant (AUH) - Arabic Speaker at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) located in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, customer satisfaction, communication, customer service, and consulting in the real estate industry.

Qualifications

Represent and promote

new property developments

and

off-plan projects

to prospective buyers. Provide clients with

in-depth information

about project features, timelines, payment plans, and investment potential. Conduct property presentations, site tours, and virtual showings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal sales teams. Identify and qualify leads, follow up with potential clients, and

close sales efficiently

. Advise clients on

market trends, pricing strategies, and ROI potential

. Attend project launches, property exhibitions, and industry events as required. Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, CRM entries, and client records. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure timely promotion of current and upcoming developments. Stay updated on
