Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic, Arabic-speaking

Luxury Realty Consultant

with

exceptional English communication skills

to join our high-performing sales team in

Abu Dhabi

. This role requires a client-focused professional who can represent PSI's premium property portfolio to high-net-worth individuals both locally and internationally.

Qualifications

Promote and sell luxury residential properties including off-plan and ready developments in Abu Dhabi and other prime UAE locations. Deliver a seamless and high-end client experience from initial contact to final handover. Communicate confidently in both Arabic and English with diverse clientele. Conduct professional property presentations, virtual tours, and viewings. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and developers. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and legal/regulatory changes. Use PSI's CRM system to manage leads, track interactions, and report on performance. Work closely with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and admin to ensure smooth transaction processes. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales target

Requirements

Fluent in Arabic and English - excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages are a must. 0-5 years of real estate experience, preferably in the luxury or off-plan segment. Strong understanding of UAE property laws,especially in Abu Dhabi. Confident, well-presented, and persuasive with strong interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. UAE driving license and own car preferred. Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
