This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage high-value real estate transactions in Abu Dhabi's metropolitan areas.
Provide expert guidance to clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties.
Conduct market research and comparative analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and industry developments.
Mentor and support junior agents to enhance team performance.
Promote properties through various marketing channels, including social media and networking events.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales
(minimum 5+ years preferred).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and regulations.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
