Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and driven

Luxury Property Consultant

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client management, sales techniques, and the ability to build relationships with buyers and investors. You will represent Hogar Properties in presenting luxury real estate options, off-plan opportunities, and investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage new potential buyers through calls, meetings, and networking. Present and promote premium properties to clients. Conduct site visits, property tours, and virtual presentations. Maintain updated knowledge of developers, market trends, and new project launches. Negotiate and close deals professionally to meet monthly targets. Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain repeat business. Coordinate with marketing and admin teams to support lead generation. Represent Hogar Properties professionally at events and client interactions.

Requirements

2-7 Experience in real estate, investment advisory, or sales is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and offer the best property solutions. Confidence, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset. Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. Professional appearance and strong negotiation abilities. UAE driving license is preferred.
