Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company in luxury real estate transactions with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
Manage the end-to-end sales process -- from lead generation to closing deals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive properties
Conduct property viewings and offer tailored property solutions
Collaborate with marketing and listing teams for maximum property exposure
Maintain a strong personal network and generate referrals
Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury real estate or high-ticket sales (minimum 2 years preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong client servicing mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
UAE Real Estate License (RERA) is a plus
Valid driver's license and access to a car
