Position Overview

We are seeking a confident and experienced Luxury Property Consultant to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to close high-value deals. This role involves working with discerning clients, showcasing premium properties, and delivering a personalized, high-touch service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Represent and promote luxury properties to high-net-worth individuals and investors Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's premium property market Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage Professional appearance and demeanor UAE real estate license or willingness to obtain one Ability to work independently and as part of a team
