Responsibilities

:

Business Development

: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain industry.

Sales Strategy

: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Cold Calling & Lead Generation

: Conduct cold calls, network, and generate leads through market research, referrals, and other sales channels.

Presentations & Proposals

: Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value of logistics services.

Contract Negotiation

: Negotiate terms and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.

Collaboration

: Work closely with logistics operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Market Research

: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to adjust sales tactics and strategies accordingly.

Reporting

: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales goals in CRM systems.

Customer Support

: Provide ongoing customer support, resolving any issues related to transportation, shipping, or delivery services.

Qualifications

:

3+ years of UAE experience in logistics required Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, freight, or transportation industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is an advantage. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
