Logistics Sales Head

Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain solutions. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to position the company effectively. Lead, coach, and manage the sales team across different regions. Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals. Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients. Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international logistics markets. Represent the company in high-level negotiations and presentations with clients. Work closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional strategies and campaigns. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analytics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
