We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts within the distribution, supply chain, and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of logistics solutions and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and providing tailored logistics solutions that meet their needs. Your ability to navigate the complexities of the logistics landscape, combined with your sales acumen, will be essential in helping us expand our market presence and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, experience with logistics and freight forwarding is crucial for this position, as well as holding a valid UAE driving license to facilitate client meetings and site visits.
Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the logistics sector.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their logistics needs and provide customized solutions that enhance their supply chain efficiency.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions.
• Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our services and network with potential clients.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in sales within the logistics, distribution, or supply chain sectors, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Experience with logistics and freight forwarders is essential, enabling the candidate to provide informed solutions to clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A valid UAE driving license is required for client meetings and site visits.
• A degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
