Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Promote the company's full range of logistics services (freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, etc.). Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate rates and service agreements in line with company guidelines. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management. Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system. Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to promote the company's brand and services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales in the UAE or GCC market. Strong understanding of air, sea, and land freight operations. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client networks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Compensation:

Competitive 4000 to 5000 fix salary + 10% commission structure Benefits as per UAE Labour Law Able to join immediately
