This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills to support our expanding operations across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement for local and international suppliers.
Handle customs clearance, import/export documentation, and logistics compliance.
Develop and maintain supplier/vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
Negotiate contracts, quotations, and payment terms with vendors and service providers.
Coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records in line with company policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes.
Candidate Profile
Minimum
5 years' GCC-based experience
in procurement and logistics.
Strong knowledge of
international and GCC logistics and customs documentation
.
Proven experience in
international and local procurement
, including vendor negotiations.
Proficiency in
MS Office/Excel
for reporting and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Same industry experience is preferred and will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
