Job Description
Dear Candidates,
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Logistics & Dispatch Supervisor
to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily packaging and shipment preparation. Ensure packaging standards, labeling accuracy, and documentation (e.g., packing lists) are properly maintained. Coordinate vehicle loading and unloading, ensuring trucks are properly loaded for safe and efficient delivery. Plan and monitor dispatch schedules and delivery coordination. Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries. Liaise with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Report to the Logistics or Operations Manager with daily dispatch status and updates.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse supervision (manufacturing industry experience preferred). Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on attitude. Good communication and coordination abilities. Comfortable working on the shop floor and managing on-ground logistics operations. If interested, please share your updated CV at
