Job Purpose:

The Logistics Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety standards, and supporting overall logistics performance in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Monitor staff performance and productivity, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock audits. Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and improve standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Work closely with the logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to meet service delivery targets. Handle scheduling, shift planning, and resource allocation for warehouse activities. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to shipments, inventory, or team performance. Ensure all documentation related to warehouse operations is completed accurately and on time. Support the Warehouse Manager in achieving operational KPIs and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or business management is an advantage. Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and logistics operations. Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Forklift license/certification is a plus.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
