Property Shop Investment (PSI) is seeking a qualified and motivated
Logistics & Administration Supervisor
to oversee and coordinate all administrative and logistical operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of office services, vehicle fleet management, and logistical support while maintaining high standards of organization, compliance, and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily office administration, including management of office support staff.
Oversee the company's fleet, ensuring maintenance, servicing, and timely document renewals.
Manage the vehicle reservation system to optimize usage across departments.
Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless office operations.
Provide logistical support when required, including occasional driving duties.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and prepare periodic reports for management review.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or administrative supervision.
Proficiency in vehicle management and booking systems.
Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
