Dispatch Supervisor
who will also handleTransportation In-Charge
duties. The ideal candidate must have solid background inlogistics, dispatching, and fleet coordination
.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all daily dispatch operations. Schedule and coordinate vehicle movements, pickups, and deliveries. Ensure all company vehicles undergo timely servicing and maintenance. Monitor driver performance, attendance, and route efficiency. Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs, trip sheets, and fuel usage. Coordinate with site teams, production, and management to ensure smooth operations. Handle transportation issues, delays, and emergency needs promptly.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a
Logistics In-Charge, Dispatch Officer, or Fleet Coordinator
. Strong knowledge of dispatching, transportation planning, and workforce coordination. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Good communication and organizational skills. Familiar with UAE roads and routing (advantage). Must be currently in the UAE and ready to join immediately.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
