Logistics / Dispatch Coordinator

Salary: 2200 - 2500 AED +Food + accommodation provided by the company
We are looking for a Logistics Dispatch Coordinator to manage 3PL logistics operations for our construction chemical manufacturing business. The role requires strong coordination skills to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant deliveries to customers.
Job Responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily dispatches with 3PL transporters Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams Prepare and handle all dispatch documentation Track shipments and resolve delivery or delay issues Maintain daily dispatch records and evaluate 3PL performance
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics coordination
Experience inchemical or manufacturing industry preferred
Knowledge of 3PL operations, ERP systems, and transport regulationsStrong communication skill in English and Hindi is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
