Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping line coordination. Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels. Respond and follow up with all inquiries (written and verbal) for vendors and customers. Good Knowledge of E-Mirsal-II Online Customs Documents Clearing (Import & Export) (Air, Sea, Land, Transfer)
REQUIREMENTS:
With 5-6 years experience in the industry or previous experience as a Logistics Operations Coordinator. Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication Open to all nationalities
