Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Management

Plan, implement, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations. Optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules. Assign drivers and coordinate vehicle dispatching based on branch requests and delivery priorities. Serve as the primary point of contact for all transportation-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and rapid resolution of issues. Monitor logistics performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintenance Oversight

Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for equipment and facilities to minimize downtime. Supervise maintenance personnel and external contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards. Maintain accurate records of all repairs, inspections, service schedules, and maintenance logs. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all maintenance activities. Evaluate infrastructure and machinery for performance and longevity; recommend timely upgrades or replacements to avoid operational disruptions. Source and engage cost-effective contractors who deliver reliable, efficient service without compromising quality or safety.
