We are a Jebel Ali-based trading company specializing in coffee and paper products. We are seeking a detail-oriented

Logistics Coordinator

to manage and coordinate shipping, inventory, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the

trading / import-export industry

and a strong understanding of logistics processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier communication Maintain accurate shipment records and track deliveries to ensure on-time receipt and dispatch Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking Assist in planning and optimizing transport routes and costs Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations, import-export requirements, and company policies Prepare and maintain logistics reports, including shipment status, delivery timelines, and performance metrics Resolve operational issues related to shipment delays, damages, or documentation errors Support senior management in logistics planning and process improvements
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in

trading / import-export

Strong understanding of shipping, freight forwarding, and customs procedures Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with logistics software is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
