Accountant

to manage daily accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support management with timely reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily financial records using

QuickBooks

Record business transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries Manage

accounts payable

(vendor payments) and

accounts receivable

(customer collections) Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Perform bank, debit, and credit card reconciliations Ensure compliance with

UAE VAT laws

and assist in VAT return preparation Support senior management and auditors during financial reviews and audits Maintain proper documentation of invoices, contracts, and financial records Perform additional accounting tasks as required by management
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience Strong working knowledge of

QuickBooks

and

MS Excel / Office Suite

Understanding of

UAE VAT regulations

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Good written and verbal communication in English Ability to work independently and collaboratively
