We are seeking a
Logistics Coordinator
to manage and coordinate international shipments for a trading company. The role involves handling end-to-end logistics operations, shipping documentation, coordination with freight forwarders, clearing agents, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate
import and export shipments
via Air, Sea, and Road Liaise withfreight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, and transporters
Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents including: Commercial Invoices Packing Lists BL / AWB Certificates and compliance documents Track shipments and provideregular status updates
to internal teams Coordinatecustoms clearance
and delivery schedules Managewarehouse deliveries, dispatches, and stock movements
Ensure compliance withinternational trade regulations and company policies
Compare freight costs and supportcost control initiatives
Handle shipment delays, damages, and discrepancies effectivelyJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
