Salary Range 3500 to 5500 AED
- Oversee and coordinate the entire supply chain process for automobile spare parts, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Manage and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of spare parts to customers.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to inventory and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and related documentation using inventory management systems.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the logistics process.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, handling, and packaging of spare parts.
- Provide regular updates and reports on logistics activities, including shipment status, inventory levels, and performance indicators.
- Address and resolve any logistical problems or delays, ensuring minimal impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous 2 Years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role within the automotive spare parts industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles specific to automobile parts.
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex logistics challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers, customers, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
