Al-Futtaim Group is seeking an organized and proactive Employee Relations Coordinator to support the implementation of HR and Employee Relations processes across the organization. The role involves managing the "Speak Up" process, supporting investigations, maintaining ER documentation, and assisting in the rollout of policies, training, and compliance frameworks. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Speak Up process by tracking cases, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely closure and compliance.
  • Assist in employee relations investigations, attend interviews, draft reports, and track actions through to resolution.
  • Act as translator during investigations or hearings when needed.
  • Support ER awareness campaigns, training sessions, and communication around the Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics for ER reporting and insights.
  • Assist with the review, drafting, and monitoring of HR and ER policies in line with UAE labor laws.
  • Support HR compliance reviews, risk assessments, and the development of governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and adherence to the Al-Futtaim Group's standards and policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation of ER tracking tools.
Ideal Profile
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Employment Law.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR or Employee Relations within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and integrity.
