Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries (Import and Export).
\xe2\x80\x93 Prepare all the necessary Shipping documents (COO, Invoice, Packing list, JAFZA visitor\xe2\x80\x99s gate pass, Inbound & Out Gate pass, etc.).
\xe2\x80\x93 Direct Interaction with the suppliers.
\xe2\x80\x93 Review the Letter of Credit and prepare the necessary documents.
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintain effective communications with the freight forwarding companies.
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for assisting shipments clearing and tracking.
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for enabling the effective allocation of warehouse space.
\xe2\x80\x93 Forward the shipping documents to forwarders and arrange the deliveries on the proposed dates.
\xe2\x80\x93 Interaction with third-party logistics service providers in overseas locations.
\xe2\x80\x93 Constant follow-ups on the payments and keeping finance updated.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide the freight/delivery charges to the sales team as per the Quotation.
\xe2\x80\x93 Follow up with forwarders for timely execution and delivery of shipments.
\xe2\x80\x93 Assist customers with inquiries.
\xe2\x80\x93 Perform distribution services based on local and international regulations.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide logistic advice and resolve any shipment problems promptly.
\xe2\x80\x93 Prepare the company Invoices and delivery notes.
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for employee visa and other HR activities.
\xe2\x80\x93 Visit the bank to deposit cheques and cash, L/C documents presentation, and resolve any bank issues related to the company.
Job Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 3 years of logistics coordination experience.
\xe2\x80\x93 Relevant Degree/Certificate.
\xe2\x80\x93 Must be able to communicate in Hindi.
\xe2\x80\x93 Proficient in Microsoft Office.
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience in one of the following industries: construction / logistics / manufacturing / trading.
\xe2\x80\x93 Flexible in work timings/days.
\xe2\x80\x93 Female candidates are preferred.
