An exiting opportunity has arisen in Mezzan Holding Group, UAE
Roadnet Planner(Logistics operation & warehousing; proficient in Roadnet software) from FMCG industry Background (preferable) Required Experience : 4-7yrs in UAE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (MEASURES)
1 .Execute the Routing effectively and reduce the Travel time and Fuel cost
2. Meet the customer delivery expectations\\SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and Avoid\ educe the Returns
3. Tune the system to achieve 95% system-based Routing
4. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction KPA 1- Planning Delivery Follow & monitor schedule of delivery Maintain record for all deliveries and follow up distribution Planning, organizing, and supervising the delivery operations in a smooth, efficient and time bound manner and avoid demurrages

- Ensure that all distribution strategies are inclusive of all sales channels and sales channel requirements.
- Working with the various area channel management teams and ensure that plans are executed in accordance to the relevant service level agreements
- Ensure the agreed visit/delivery frequency is applied to each plan and that the agreed service time per visit is also incorporated into all plans
- Responsible for maintaining, correcting all Master data related to Routing and Territory planning
- Optimize the sales Routes by running Multiple Territory planning sessions according to the business strategies and requirements and submit the Report
- Optimize the daily delivery routes by running the Routing over all the customer outbound deliveries and provide the required documents to warehouse and Delivery person
- Co-ordinate with Sales team related to the Daily PO submission on time and handle any exceptions
- Work closely with Warehouse team to execute the planned deliveries and position it based on final Route set
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- roadnet planner: 2 years (Required)
- FMCG LOGISTIC PLANNING: 2 years (Required)
