We are seeking a

Listing Coordinator

to manage and optimize our property listings across various real estate portals while ensuring compliance with

RERA, Trakheesi, and DLD regulations

. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling real estate

portals, Trakheesi permits, and compliance

while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. They should also be detail-oriented and proactive in monitoring performance and improving our listings' visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Portal & Listing Management:

Oversee the listing process to ensure properties are updated and optimized on major real estate portals. Manage portal credits and track usage to ensure efficient allocation and utilization. Liaise with portal support teams to troubleshoot issues and improve visibility. Maintain contract records, renewal dates, and service agreements for listing platforms.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:

Apply for and manage Trakheesi permits to ensure all listings comply with RERA regulations. Handle communications with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and ensure adherence to compliance guidelines.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Track and analyze portal performance, agent activity, and team rankings. Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations for listing optimizations.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role within the Dubai real estate market. Knowledge: Familiarity with RERA, Trakheesi, DLD regulations, and real estate portals. Tech Skills: Experience using Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Trakheesi and DLD portals Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to manage data, compliance records, and performance metrics. Communication: Ability to liaise with internal teams, portals, and regulatory bodies. Languages: English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
