is required to support the Manager in managing administrative tasks, communication, and daily operations. Real estate industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Director and management team.
Manage and organize documents, contracts, and real estate records.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
Handle internal and external communications professionally.
Assist with property listings, marketing materials, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar real estate regulations.
Support the leasing, sales, and property management teams with administrative tasks.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Prior experience as an Admin Coordinator, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and office management tools.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to perform well under pressure
