Property Valuation:
Conducting market research and performing comparative market analysis (CMA) to accurately estimate property value and help sellers set a competitive asking price.
Property Preparation and Staging:
Advising sellers on any necessary repairs or improvements, and making recommendations for staging the home to make it appealing to buyers.
Creating compelling property listings and descriptions.
Hiring professional photographers to take high-quality listing photos.
Listing the property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and other online portals.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the property, including online advertisements, brochures, and flyers.
Managing online and social media presence for listings.
Coordinating and overseeing property showings and open house events.
Arranging meetings with prospective buyers.
Guiding tours, highlighting key features, and answering questions during showings.
Presenting offers from buyers to the seller.
Negotiating terms and conditions on behalf of the seller to achieve the best possible outcome.
Drafting and preparing necessary paperwork, such as listing agreements, contracts, deeds, and closing statements.
Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including employment laws and best practices.
Managing all documentation related to property listings.
Administrative Support:
Providing general administrative support, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and updating property listings.
Market Analysis and Trends:
Staying current with real estate markets, trends, and best practices.
