Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Listing Consultant
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new listings and ensuring they are presented accurately and attractively across our platforms. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the listing process, providing pricing strategies, and coordinating marketing efforts to ensure their products/properties gain maximum visibility.Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to explain listing services and secure new accounts. Assist clients in preparing listings, including gathering detailed descriptions, pricing data, and professional photography. Evaluate market trends to recommend competitive pricing strategies. Ensure listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for search and visibility.. Regularly update and maintain listings to reflect changes in availability, pricing, or features.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, client services, or a related role. Familiarity with listing platforms (e.g., MLS, Amazon, Shopify, real estate CRMs, etc.). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously.
Salary- 4000 AED+ incentives

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
