Listing Consultant

to join our team. The Listing Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through the listing process, ensuring their property is presented in the best possible light to attract qualified buyers. This role involves client consultations, market analysis, listing preparation, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct listing presentations and consultations with prospective clients. Educate clients on the listing process, market trends, and pricing strategies. Coordinate professional photography, staging, and other listing-related services. Ensure all documentation and disclosures are completed and compliant. Monitor and report on listing performance and provide ongoing updates to clients. Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to create promotional materials. Negotiate offers and facilitate communication between clients, agents, and third parties. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems. Stay updated on local market trends and real estate regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate sales or listing agent. Strong knowledge of local real estate market and listing platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proficiency with CRM systems, MLS platforms, and marketing tools. High level of organization and attention to detail.
