Line Supervisor Cum Qc
Job Description
Looking for Line Supervisor cum QC for a perfume manufacturing company: -
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the perfume production line (filling, crimping, labelling, packing).
Ensure production targets are met as per the approved production plan.
Monitor line efficiency, downtime, and material usage.
Ensure correct batch execution according to approved formulas and work instructions.
Verify correct raw materials, packaging materials, and batch documentation.
Monitor critical quality parameters (weight/volume, appearance, leakage, labelling accuracy).
Coordinate with QC for in-process checks and approvals.
Allocate manpower efficiently and manage shift schedules.
Train operators on SOPs, hygiene, safety, and equipment operation.
Monitor discipline, attendance, and productivity of line staff.
Provide on-the-job guidance and performance feedback.
Enforce workplace safety rules and proper use of PPE.
Ensure good housekeeping
Report and investigate incidents, near misses, or safety hazards.
Maintain accurate production records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and shift reports.
Report daily production output, losses, and deviations to management.
Fluency in Tagalog required.
Good English communication skills
Male candidates required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
