Looking for 2-3 year of experience line cook & grill master for our restaurant in Dubai:
Keeping track of meal preparation components to ensure timely completion of final dishes.
Chopping and preparing vegetables and meats as per required quantity and as per SOP
Checking perishable ingredients and food items for freshness
must have experience in grill station
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygeine meets food safety standard and regulations.
maintaining a clean, sanitized and organized workstation and assist in overall kitchen cleaning
proficiency in cooking, grilling and knife skills.
must be able to communicate efficiently to chef and superiors.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,600.00 per month
