Key Responsibilities
:
- Run the grill and oversee grilling of meats, seafood, and vegetables.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, focusing on quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Prepare sauces, seasonings, and garnishes according to recipe specifications.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presented beautifully.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Support the Head Chef and kitchen team in various kitchen duties.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
:
- Expert in cooking, preparation, and presentation, with a strong focus on seafood dishes.
- 2-3 years of experience working in a high-volume kitchen, with a proven track record of managing grill stations.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sauces, and seasonings.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Food Safety Certificate required.
