We are seeking a dedicated and experienced B2C Limousine Service Manager to join our transportation team in Dubai. In this role, you\'ll oversee all aspects of our limousine services catering directly to individual customers. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, customer service, fleet management, chauffeur scheduling, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, customer service, fleet management, chauffeur scheduling, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily operations of the limousine service ensuring adherence to established standards of quality, customer service, and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and profitability of our limousine services.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise chauffeurs and other service staff; conducting performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries, and complaints, and provide appropriate solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee fleet maintenance schedules and ensure that all vehicles are in excellent condition.
- Coordinate chauffeur schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum downtime.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all local, Dubai, and UAE transportation laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Dubai market.
- Prepare and manage the operational budget; monitor expenses and identify cost-saving measures.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to understand service performance and customer needs, and use this information to drive improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices to enhance service delivery.
