Manage the rental locations and supervise station managers.
Prepare annual budget for the division and monitors expenditures accordingly.
Manage budgets of the rental locations, Directs the activities of the division to achieve its business and quality objectives as a profit center, controls expenditures in line with the budget provisions.
Create sales and performance reports, Review and approve monthly sales & inventory reports and the output of the division with a view to increase the efficiency and to reduce the operational cost while maintaining if not increasing the quality levels of the services provided to customers.
Observe and manage the KPI’s (utilization, RPD’s, etc.)
Implement and observe service and fleet standards
Observe training status and “know how” of employees, Outline training programs for the division in coordination with subordinates and HR department.
Communicate regularly to international headquarters.
Handling on Request & Stop Sell.
Conduct comprehensive market studies, take all external and internal factors into consideration, identify strategic actions to be taken (such as introducing products, market campaigns, prices, etc.).
Responsible of determining prices and profit margins and for the preparation of price lists.
Set targets for subordinates and monitors their performance; accordingly meet with concerned staff on regular basis to discuss the accomplishment of targets, collection of payments, clients, etc.
Personally, handles important clients and accounts.
Ensures that his team personnel provide customers with a confident and responsive attitude that will ultimately produce a superior customer service and generate growth of sales.
Prepare, implement, and supervise development strategies to enhance the caliber of employees, procedures, policies, and systems in a manner that guarantees customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
Sustains smooth communication channels with principals regarding supplies, prices, and payment terms of products; ensures the availability of technical support, policies & standards, procedures, work instructions, etc.
Provides guidance (technical, administrative, etc.) to his subordinates; takes immediate and corrective action during emergencies.
Ensures that all customer care related activities such as conducting customer satisfaction surveys, handling customer complaints, increasing customer awareness, and analyzing customer feedback are prepared by responsible subordinates.
Conducts yearly performance appraisals for subordinates, delegates responsibility as necessary.
Fleet planning by checking utilization, low & high seasons (de- and in-fleeting)
Close collaboration with the branches
Execute and organize vehicle purchase
Manage damages, repairs & maintenance (monitor time, costs, and procedures)
Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and in excellent condition
Organize vehicle return and sales process
Handle one-way rentals / return transportation of vehicles
Create and follow up of fleet service standards and workflow rules for effective fleet management in locations
