We are seeking a

LEEA-certified Lifting Supervisor

to oversee safe and efficient lifting operations on

high-rise and villa construction projects in Dubai

. The candidate will ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company standards while supervising lifting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting operations. Conduct pre-lift meetings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks. Inspect cranes, lifting accessories, rigging equipment, and ground conditions. Ensure lifting operations are performed only by certified personnel. Identify hazards and implement corrective actions promptly. Maintain accurate records of lifting activities, inspections, and compliance reports. Promote proper PPE use and a safe work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

LEEA-certified Lifting Supervisor. Minimum 5 years UAE construction experience in lifting supervision, including high-rise and villa projects. Prior experience with tower cranes, mobile cranes, luffing or overhead cranes is advantageous. Strong knowledge of UAE construction safety regulations and lifting standards. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. UAE driving license preferred.
