We are looking for a

LEEA-certified Lifting Supervisor

with extensive UAE construction experience to lead safe and efficient lifting operations on

high-rise and villa projects

.

Your Role:

Plan, supervise, and coordinate all lifting operations. Conduct pre-lift meetings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks. Inspect cranes, rigging, lifting accessories, and ground conditions. Ensure only certified personnel conduct lifting tasks. Maintain accurate records and enforce strict safety standards.

Requirements:

LEEA-certified Lifting Supervisor

. Minimum

5 years UAE experience

in lifting supervision for high-rise/villa projects. Experience with tower, mobile, luffing, or overhead cranes is preferred. Strong knowledge of UAE lifting regulations and safety standards. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Fluent in English (Arabic a plus). UAE driving license preferred.
