Job Summary:

We are seeking a

certified EIAC-approved Lifting Supervisor

with hands-on experience in operating luffing and overhead cranes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-rise and villa construction projects, ensuring safe and efficient lifting operations while supervising riggers, operators, and signalmen.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting operations in line with UAE regulations, safety codes, and company procedures. Conduct pre-lift briefings for operators, riggers, and signalmen, including risk assessments and safe lifting procedures. Inspect cranes, rigging equipment, ground conditions, and lifting accessories before operations. Ensure only certified and appointed personnel operate cranes or perform lifting tasks. Identify unsafe conditions and implement corrective measures promptly. Maintain records of lifting activities, inspections, and compliance reports. Ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

EIAC-approved Lifting Supervisor certification.

Minimum

5 years UAE experience

in lifting supervision, including

high-rise and villa projects

. Prior experience as tower crane operator is an advantage. Strong knowledge of UAE construction safety regulations and lifting standards. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Languages: English mandatory; Arabic is a plus. UAE driving license preferred.
