The Role

Position Title:

Levant Restaurant Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10K AED plus tips Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Levantine restaurant in Dubai, highly recognized by the Michelin Guide offering high-quality food at good value. : - Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene. - Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. - Manage budgets, costs, and KPIs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. - Ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.



Requirements

Male Levant nationals preferably in their 30s - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field - At least 3-4 years of restaurant management experience with Levant or Middle Eastern cuisine. - Strong leadership, financial management and customer service skills with sound knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and standard operating procedures.
