The Role

Position Title:

Legal Officer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An acclaimed name in Dubai real estate, trusted through their commitment in quality, innovative way of urban living. : ? Review, draft, and negotiate real estate agreements including but not limited to: Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Property Purchase Agreements (PPA), Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) ? Advise management on potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies. ? Ensure that all company contracts comply with UAE laws and relevant real estate regulations. ? Work closely with internal departments (sales, leasing, finance) to support their legal needs and general legal support and guidance to leadership on corporate, compliance, and regulatory matters.



Requirements

Qualifications:

? Open to Arabic and Asian natinals ? Male within 40 years below ? Mandatory fluency in Arabic, English, and French (both written and spoken). ? Solid knowledge of UAE real estate laws, property ownership regulations, and general contract law.
