Tabeer Developments, a growing name in the UAE real estate sector, is seeking a
Legal Officer
with strong expertise in
Dubai Land Department (DLD) matters
to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all legal documentation and compliance related to Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and other real estate authorities.
Draft, review, and manage property sale agreements, SPA contracts, MOUs, and tenancy agreements.
Ensure timely registration and updates of projects and transactions with DLD.
Liaise with DLD, trustees, and other regulatory bodies for property transfers, approvals, and related legal processes.
Advise management on legal risks, regulatory changes, and ensure legal compliance across all projects.
Support dispute resolution, arbitration, and manage external legal counsel when necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law; LLM preferred.
Minimum
3 years of UAE experience
, with specific focus on
DLD and real estate legal matters
.
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, DLD processes, and RERA regulations.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
