Legal Officer
Job Description
To render management advisory services to the Corporates and individual clients in UAE and GCC region under applicable Commercial Companies Laws and other Corporate Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Employment Related Laws etc..
To manage and render advisory services in cross-border transactions.
Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements such as Joint Venture Agreement, Share Purchase Agreement, Business Transfer Agreement etc.
To co-ordinate and liaise with various Regulatory Authorities, Free Zones, Government Departments etc. in UAE
Carrying out legal research using Regulatory and other database and framing an opinion on the subject matter of advisory
Advising and assisting on M&A transactions
Legal due diligence and undertaking post due diligence closure compliances.
Corporate Secretarial Compliance and other related services .
Desired skills and Experiences:
? LL.B. from a reputed University and Company Secretary qualification with 3- 5 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer with a reputed Law Firm.
? Good understanding of the provisions of Commercial Companies Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws and other Corporate and Employment Laws in UAE.
? Working experience of Laws in UAE is must.
? Good communication skill, verbal & written is must.
? Candidate having speaking and writing ability of Arabic language shall be given preference, however, it is not must;
? Capability to perform in time bound and fast-paced environment;
? Keen Learner and desire to work for multiple geographies
? Good Team Player, Innovative, Go getter
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
