Job Description

We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join our client in Abu Dhabi.

The role involves providing comprehensive legal advice and expertise in broadcasting and digital media across multiple locations and bureaus.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of media laws across publication platforms, strong experience in intellectual property (IP), and commercial drafting.

Responsibilities include offering expert legal counsel on various media and broadcasting operations, including content creation, licensing, distribution, and regulatory compliance.

The role also involves advising on key legal processes such as drafting, negotiations, and contracts.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Bachelors/masters in Law \xe2\x80\x93 bar certification is an advantage
  • 7 years PQE in media / IP
  • Experience of commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
NOTE: Open to Arabic speaking candidates outside UAE with relevant Media or Publishing experience.

Salary: 30-40k
