• Supporting sales operations by providing legal and commercially relevant advice for all branches on day-to-day contracts, RFPs etc. up to set value;
• Reviewing and drafting a variety of commercial agreements independently or under supervision, including but not limited to services agreements, localized business partner agreements, IT solutions implementation agreements;
• Understanding the relationship with other vendors for all aspects of the business and for negotiating terms and conditions;
• Aligning with and operating under guidance of Chief Legal Officer to ensure full compliance with policies, and to obtain Executive Management approval for non-standard terms;
• Managing the Contracts repository;
• Educating branches stakeholders on contractual issues;
• Monitoring compliance regarding Export Regulations rules and communicating effectively with the appointed ERO.
• Providing general Legal Department support including ad-hoc specialist research (such as data law protection) and general document management (such as developing/maintaining a file management system)
• Conveying legal advice and follow-up information to manager and internal business stakeholders independently or in consultation with attorneys or external lawyers, regarding the legal implications, risks, and liabilities of proposed and actual policies, practices, and contractual situations.

• Bachelor Degree in Law.
• Strong command of English and Arabic in professional environment.
• IT skills and ability to learn new systems.

• Motivated, trustworthy and ability to maintain high integrity and confidentiality standards.
• Motivated and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive outlook.

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience.
• Background in a technology organization with relevant in-house experience.
• Good understanding of technology contracts.
• Exposure to a wide array of commercial contracts.
