They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Legal Associate to join their team in Dubai. As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of corporate and commercial legal matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience and a solid educational background from a Western institution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate and commercial matters to clients

• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements

• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and other business transactions

• Manage and maintain client relationships, providing high-quality legal guidance and excellent client service

• Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer

• Western education and training in law

• Strong knowledge and experience in corporate and commercial legal matters

• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge in another language, such as any European or Arabic language, would be a plus.
