Job Description
Our client is a regional law firm headquartered in Dubai and is looking to hire a Temporary Legal Associate for a 3-4 month contract
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible to cover any work that the cover is currently assisting with which may include but not limited to the following:- Assist in providing legal support to corporate or commercial legal team
- Drafting legal memorandum on a variety of topics with a focus on the technology, media and fintech industries
- Drafting emails to clients and other stakeholders in relation to active matters
- Conduct research on UAE law matters
- Assist in contract review and transactional document work
- Assist in corporate structuring and liaising with various free zone authorities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Law
- Prior experience working at a reputable law firm in the UAE
- 2-3 years of proven legal experience in the UAE
- Familiarity with UAE legislation and case law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and attention to detail
