Job Description

A leading company is actively recruiting a Legal Associate for their Dubai office.
This is a 1-year contract position.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents
Assist in managing and organise case files and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research on various topics and provide recommendations to management.
Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
Assist with legal budget tracking and invoice management.
Support reporting and ad-hoc legal tasks.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent. A Master's or specialization in Corporate Law is a plus.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience. Preferably experience within the META region.
Knowledge of UAE regulations, particularly within Freezone areas.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and Arabic.
